The Ivor Donaldson Great Shot Trophy
Our mate Ivor Donaldson kindly donated this unique trophy to our group in 2005, a wonderful touch from a wonderful man and a special friend to the Bannockburn boys.
The trophy is for the best golfer in our group over the week. Willie won the trophy in 2005, Jamie Kilgannon won it in 2006, Jim McFarlane won in in 2007, Alasdair MacPherson won it in 2008 and Jim McFarlane won it for a second time in 2009. One of the main reasons Jim has won it twice is that he is the most sober of the group!
